No breadcrumbs.
To chicken fry, beat up several eggs. Place eggs in bowl. Dip the chicken or beef in the eggs till saturated. Remove from eggs and place in zip lock bag with flour. Shake the bag until covered in flour. Deep fry, remove and season to taste.
After eating the meal, go on diet.

1 remember about 4 years ago somebody put up mario in an eating contest with a chap in sydney it was going to be staged in a cafe in brunswick east , they had to eat as much pasta-fasul which is small pasta with beans a filling meal anyway for what ever reason the chap from sydney did not come , the good judges said that mario would of scoffed at least 16 bowls with a leg in the air. here is a picture what pasta-fasul looks like , of cource theres different variations.

I don't think I could eat 16 bowls worth!! My friend Sue (the one who is off to UK/USA) was saying that when they were in USA last month, they went to an upmarket restaurant. One of her problems with US food is she says the serves are always way too huge. Anyway, they had a nice clam chowder but she impressed on the waiter only a small serve & that went okay. Then she ordered the meatloaf for mains. The waiter stopped and asked a passing waiter to show her a plate of it and it had 2 enormous slices, so Sue said it all looked nice but could they serve it with just one slice thanks. She was happy to pay the normal price etc but the waiter said no, they can't do that, it had to be 2 or nothing. So she took 2, pushed the second one to the side, ate one, wasted one. Seems odd, I can't understand why they couldn't serve it as she wanted. Mario would like it there. I'm sure he would have managed 2 slices.

A lot of places (not the better restaurants) buy prepackaged food. It is kept frozen until ordered and then heated and served. Meatloaf is kind of hard to cook individually, so my guess is it came off the back of a truck.
Do you know the name of the restaurant Sherri? If it's a chain like Applebees or Chili's you can bet it came from the back of a truck.
Personally, I like little hole in the wall restaurants. They usually have good service and better food. You may have to wait a little longer, but to me, it is worth it.
