Sorry I haven't been around for he past couple of weeks, I've been somewhat held captive in a hospital. A horrible case of Gastro-Intestinal Infection.
I blame it on my wife's cooking, but that didn't really go over very well with her. Wish I had a jar of vegemite to carry me through the storm.
Anyhow, I'm back and I hope all of your are certainly doing better than I was..

Take it very easy as these things can be really serious and can sometimes take a couple of months to work their way completely out of your system. Hope you are on the road to recovery & feeling heaps better.

Good to see you back Daddy-O. Talking about the wifes cooking, mines going through a healthy cooking scenario, she even bought a rice cooking machine. Well as long as she's happy pottering about in the kitchen. Last nights supper.

How are things, daddyo? I get the impression you are still a long, long way from being well. These infections can really knock you, some can hang around to some extent for months before they are completely out of your system. Take it easy, best wishes for a smooth recovery.

Thank you Sherri, I am much better today, and getting stronger. The reason why my recovery has taken so long is I had no appetite and thus did not eat properly. When I last went to my Doctor last week he duly noted that I had lost 32 pounds in 22 days. So, I put myself back on the calorie track by eating pancakes, or something else sugary in the morning, then a few Corona's or Sol's for lunch, and then pasta and meat sauce items for dinner, and top it all off with another corona or two before bed time.
It's a miracle diet................I should write a book. If I did, I bet my wife would buy it. She owns every diet book ever written. I think she also owns a lot of stock in "Weight Watchers".
