deadly weapons, completely legal in the states and are not classed as fire arms, but air guns are classed as fire arms in australia and the u.k., i prefer the laws of the u.s.
no one can have any fun these days, when i was a kid i could walk through the streets of my small home town to the bush carrying a .22, no licence no registration no cops turning up no nothing, probably good its not that easy anymore, but our gun laws are way too strict.

During the great depression years leading up to WW2, my dad as a kid used to go rabbiting. They used ferrets then and would put a net over the hole and when the rabbits rushed out, would catch them that way. He always said he had an aunt whose husband lost his job & they were always grateful to be given a few rabbits.

nice fresh tender meat, i remember the first time i ate rabbit, it was while my parents were on their second honeymoon, i was only 5 and the silly buggers took me with them, don't know why they left the other 4 at home hee hee hee...
