"“It is plausible that Trump’s direction to ‘get 'em out of here’ advocated the use of force,” Hale wrote. “It was an order, an instruction, a command.”"
Oh bullshit. The judge knows he's bullshitting. He's a disgrace to the ideals he's meant to uphold, like a presumption of innocence and reasonable doubt.

I don't believe he intended violence. He just said, "Get them out of here." Without thinking carefully about what that would look like, so to speak. But he should have enough nouse to know that getting them out of there might mean violence as I have no doubt at all the protesters themselves would have violently resisted. It reminds me (and should have reminded Trump) of that famous historical incident where Henry 11 asked who would rid him of the troublesome priest (Thomas A' Becket) and so 4 knights took him at his word and went off and killed Thomas. Apparently Henry pretended to be shocked & surprised by it too.
The main trouble with Trump is he is quick to shoot his mouth off. It is really annoying when politicians are mealy mouthed and won't commit to saying anything much, but you can see how they get to be like that. Trump is the other way and hasn't learnt diplomacy.

And yelling "FIRE" in a theater doesn't really mean GTHO. Seriously?
Let's not forget that Trump previously said.....at a different rally "I'd punch him in the face". Is he not really saying.....Get them out of here, and it's OK to punch them in the face?
Trumps own words gets him in more trouble than anything else.......................someone should cancel his Twitter Account.
