Hmm. From the pics, I would have thought you bought one of the game controllers but the wording is a bit confusing as in the photos further on it says 'support 2 game controllers simultaneously, so it might just be the USB thing. For some scammers, I would say it might just be the box it was supposed to come in but your seller has a lot of feedback so I presume it wasn't just the empty box.
There's good news for you though. Sellers are not supposed to put anything in photos as a main pic that are not actually what is being sold. So if you didn't get a game controller, then immediately open an item not as described case with ebay and explain what the problem was eg you were shown game controller in photo & it is listed in description but not what you got.
If your complaint is you only got one controller & not 2, then I am not sure how well your case would go as the title only said controller, singular.
What would worry me is the last bit in their ad. Support Xbox360 PS3 PC Gaming Platform and so on, but don't support Xbox one.
What the heck does that mean?
chinese seller, by the way. They can get away with murder compared to aussie sellers. Doesn't mean they are all bad or anything, I've bought plenty that has been fine, but copyright means nothing to them. I was in China recently, lost count of how many Rollex watches I could have picked up for cheap.LOL

correct sherri, i ordered 2 game pad controllers, as is what the heading explains them to be, but in reality, the thieving chinese bastards were selling the two usb dongles, which is not in anyway clearly stated as the item/s for sale..
"Features: * Support Android 2.3 or above system and Windows 8/7/X pad, TV, TV box, and etc. * Fine dual analog joystick, precise cross key and action buttons, anti-sweat and anti-slip, ergonomic design. * Support 2 controllers simultaneously; Support Android and Windows standard menu key Back, Menu, Home key functions * Wireless connection, may freely manipulated without delay within 30 feet. Using 2.4GHz RF wireless transmission technology * Powered by 2 PCS AA Batteries
Specifications: * Compatible System: WIN98/ME/2000/XP/VISTA/USB Tablets PS3/PC/XBOX360/Android * Frequency Range: 2.4GHz * Support 2 controllers simultaneously * Built-in Back, Menu, Home button * Battery-powered: 2 PCS AA Batteries * Color: Black"
dirty filthy thieving slit eyed bastards.
xbox 360 and xbox one are different consoles, xbox one being the latest model i think, made by microsoft, and those idiots like to make things incompatible with earlier consoles and even with computers, xbox games and pc games made by microsoft are not interchangeable.

I think you need to open a not as described case immediately. Don't bother trying to communicate with the seller, he'll just lead you on, asking you to wait. Explain in your ebay case, very politely, that the title and description & photos show a game controller and you did not get a game controller at all, you were sent only a USB dongle and you feel the photos and title are therefore deceptive.
The good news is if you are polite and clear, they will refund you for sure & if the seller wants his items back, he will have to pay for postage. If ebay says post it back for a refund, ring ebay, or talk to someone online (never just email a message, it goes to machines) and explain postage costs are prohibitive etc and with luck you should get a refund even without returning it. Keep fighting.

If ebay won't pay out, then move on to paypal, but from what I understand, you can't do it in the reverse order. So ebay first, then paypal if no satisfaction.

You're right Joe, that is what is showing now but I don't think it was when zepper first put up the post. I think the ad has been changed. I remember opening it a few days back & the game controller was the main photo. There was one price only showing & no drop down menu.
I'd swear that ad has been updated with a drop down menu & changed in the time since.

Yes, I noticed he says Sydney but is registered in China. I'm wondering if he is a drop shipper or whatever they call it though as his items seem to have an ETA of 1-2 weeks, whereas most things coming from China seem to take 3+ weeks with normal shipping.
I'd swear the ad format has been updated though. Maybe he got a few negs or had ebay pay out some buyers who complained so changed the format to make it clearer.

Zepper, if the item arrived late, you should have opened an item not received claim the very next day later. Normally I would say give sellers a bit of latitude but when in doubt (and a seller in china sending from Aust should fill you with doubt) keep them to the letter of the law.
As for the Chinese, just let me say they were lovely. The people are friendly & helpful, could not be nicer. That probably doesn't apply to officialdom. I never saw anyone in customs there crack a smile.
Probably not as back as Russia though. I have a friend over there at the moment. Just got an email today. When they went through customs they were ordered-no talking or laughing!!
Plus she and a friend went to a toilet block that had a long queue. She noticed the disabled toilet was empty, had a look, no disabled people in sight so she used that. She was a bit desperate. A woman in charge of the toilet block dashed out of nowhere, opened the door (while she was in the toilet, mind you) and started yelling at her. Wouldn't you think the woman could have waited till she came out before telling her off?
I'll give Russia a miss I think. I've discovered I loathe longish haul air travel anyway. Absolutely hate it. Would be different if I were the Queen or Trump with a whole plane to myself, but economy sucks!

I tried out a new app on my phone which lets you scan something you want to replace and gives you pointers where to get it.
To try the app out, I scanned a twelve pack of Miller Light beer coasters (beer mats) which I had bought in the local Dollarama for a buck.
The app led me to Amazon, where the identical item in Australia was listed for AU$ 36.99 which they claimed was a 72% reduction from the original price of about AU120.00.
I'll keep buying at my local well liked major stores and forego the questionable deals that seem to swamp Amazon thanks.
