Well, finally uploaded the order for the book. They had a 40% off special so I hustled to get the final bit finished. I had been waiting on a photo of the grandkids in an old family rocking chair. things didn't work out exactly as expected. One of the grandies was throwing up on Christmas day so wasn't up to it. Plus he was in his underwear only by then so we let him sleep.
But as I was looking at the final copy I was reminded how useful daddyo's information was about the gun turret and the cannon.
Since then I have found about 4 little things I should have changed in the book. Not spelling errors thank goodness, but double spacing, things like that. never mind, job done. Thanks for advice & help.

De Nada.................means "You're Welcome", as Granty is now is a seasoned traveler in Mexico. I think my next trip will be to Cuba, and then hop over to Panama........I'm sure there are some Palm Trees there that need some support, and I'm just the guy that can do it.

There's a big palm or statue or something I have seen on one of the hawaiin beaches. That could do with your support too. My sister is just back from Penang in Malaysia, staying at a resort there. She said food & drink prices were very good there. I think you should check out some of those palms too.

Malasia is (1) beyond my budget, and (2) Too close to my last vacation in that area.

I think my sister & her family went there as it was a cheap holiday. probably same as Thailand & China can be. Her next one coming up soon is Vietnam. I suppose it's a longer haul from your area so maybe not the bargain package prices you can sometimes get here. I've seen some 8 day tours of China that include airfares, coach, guide and many of the meals, all for about $1999 for 2 people.

Can you bring your own M-16?
I wouldn't feel safe without it.
